I found I actually have a picture of Edd with the engine I bought at the auction.
This was taken in 2003.

That's how I remember Ed as well, in his shed admiring and talking about what he loved to do. So much knowledge and ability he had and shared with many of us. Then we went into the container with the trains, WOW!

I finally brought my new toy home this afternoon. I slid the engine into the garage this evening and it started up and ran like a clock, like all off Edd's engines
