Sad thing is, we still use a Singer like that. Actually it's probably older as it hasn't got the fancy stitch disc.  :-[

Funny you say that Scott, as I was thinking it looks a lot like the 319K Model my old mum had. Pretty flash bit of gear in it's day.

now lets see..., if we adapt the needle up-and-downer to turn a small tap on and off, then attach a paint can,
 we could put the dashed line along the road too _  _  _  _
