Perhaps "drink cooler" would have been a better choice of words. Surely we don't need people operating machinery in a public place who are under the influence of alcohol.

Hi Eric,
I agree with you, that exhibitors must not drink this delicious cold beer but they can give away this to the visitors and I will be certainly one of the visitors there in Murray Bridge!

Anton

 Hi All,
As a "phantom" member of the NHMA Exec Committee (I say phantom because, I haven't heard from them for a lonnnng time.  Are they still going?), all I can say regarding this topic is,
"I know nothing, NOTHING"  (with huge mischevious grin from ear to ear)
ONYA'S

Best wishes, jayvee

Hi all,

Well I couldn't stop laughing at Waynes comment. Cheered me up no end.
8 o'clock drink curfew....I have been there...we are talking 'am' here! Some of these guys I would trust to opperate machinery with a few drinks under their belts but sober...no way.
Seriously, Anton runs a tight ship at Neunen....every one ends up tight!

Cheers,

Tim

Hi All, Well it looks like its off to Neunen. I agree with Eric about not drinking in a public place while playing with machinery, but public is the word.
We had a few beers while playing with engines at my engine day but it was a private day and there was no need to worry. If you come to my place of an arvo (or some mornings) if I have an engine running I will probably have a drink and you will be offered one too.

Hi All,

Drinking while operating machinery I think the answer is simple, at a place where you are in the public eye not such a good idea but at home in you shed, Why not?
