that is me steering it in the first video it was my first time driving a traction engine it was a great experience. thanks cam
Engines Ihc m type 1 1/2, 3, 6, 10hp, famous 4,6,10hp bental's 4hp, 9hp, 4hp Waterloo boy, 2hp fealding and platt, and some others.tractors farmalls f12,3xH's, AM, McCormick 10-20, case c, sex, dex, 15-27 cross motor, 15-25 L rumely, 18-36 hart parr, cletrac ad, tea furgy.

I would love to see this engine in operation,
am i right in suggesting it is shredded at chillagoe?

Yes the engine is a shed at Chillagoe I know the owner
Chillagoe a small mining town west of Mareeba
I will be at Mareeba on Thursday for a machinery sale and I think the engine owner will be there

hi has the engine been taken back to Chillagoe or is it at Brandon in the club shed. I had the pleasure of driving it out the club shed at Brandon with tony after the rally. cam

Could you let him know that a young (ish,  I'm 33) blacksmith/ steam enthusiast from gordonvale would like to meet him?
It is the closest traction engine to here, and I would love to get involved in all things traction engine!

It is a nice town. Plenty of water, and it keeps me employed. I drive a sugar cane train for the crushing season.

It does sound lovely but also sounded as if he has lost his oil can and is squeaking a lot.
