Goulds Pump
Ian:
Hi
Found my latest peace of old iron today, its a Goulds Pyramid Pump, never seen one before this one.
Not quite original the two side connecting rods are missing and have been replaced with wood, see picture provided.
And one of the mounting lugs is snapped of, also the pumps ID plate is missing.
The Pump is free and turns over nicely.
Any information on this type of pump would be appreciated. And finding a couple of the original connecting rods would be great.
It looks like all the major parts have a number cast into them, would anyone have the correct part number for the two conecting rodes.
regards
Ian

Beautiful looking pump there Ian. A very nice find.
Did it pass the "CAT" scan?
Ian:
Hi Cobbadog
You have to take your hat to the guy that put the wooden connecting rods in place to keep the pump running. Might not pass the Kim test though?
Cheers
Ian

Hello all
I was actually wondering if it was a Goulds brand pump. Normally Goulds have their name cast into everything don't they?
Cheers Scott
