Ian, I just noticed that you ordered the shed the day you signed the contract to buy. Back in 2003, the day we paid the holding deposit on this place, on our way back to Sydney, we called in to the local shed builder and ordered an 18.5 x 12.5 American Barn with a mezzanine floor above the centre section.
By the time we got back home I had convinced myself that no-one needs a shed that big, so had them remove one 3.5m bay. Moved in, slab poured and shed erected. Put all the crap in. Bloody shed too small, so I added a 3.5 x 9m annex. Still too small so put up a 12 x 6m carport down the back to take the overflow. It's now time to thin out the collection so I have room to move.
Enjoy it when it gets finished. Sometimes I wish I had a town block to force me to be more selective in what I keep.
Cheers, Steve.
PS. Remember, you can't have too many power point in the new shed.
