Dating a Sunshine engine

Hi all, looking for some info on my newest acquisition, its a Sunshine engine but unfortunately its missing the ID Plate, the serial number is 7609, is it possible to find out the HP rating and year of manufacture from this number? thanks in advance, will attempt to upload some pics

few more pics of my sunshine project, would also like to know if the magneto fitted is original, also will be looking for a set of oilers if anyone has any available to fit it

If you haven't been told yet. Most definitely a 5Hp Type C. The magneto is not original. but if it works it works.
