Lister Junior new rings

Hi all I am putting new rings in my lister Junior, can members advise me of the required end gap clearance specification

I googled ring end gap and from memory it was around 0.005" per 1" diameter in bore but double check. One spec offered was for high performance engines so avoid that one as it was too close.

Industry standard used to be 3 thou per inch of bore and it has stood me in good stead over the years. Convert that to metric if you like.
If it's old, treat it like gold.

industry standard is normally 3 to 4 thou per inch of bore this has always worked for me was told this recently by a ring manufacturer as well
